I laughed at the chainsaw box on the front step. Not even Santa Clause could properly wrap a chainsaw LOL.
And wait...did YOU kill the chickens yourself?
I remember when I kept my horse on a friend's dairy farm. I'd spend all my summers out there and on chicken butchering day, I hid in the house. I was traumatized by the first time I watched it lol.
Yes! Oh my goodness I remember lambing. Years ago. I had one ewe who routinely gave birth to four lambs at a time, but she often needed help - her name was Mama. Before we grew our own hay (for cows, pigs and chickens) I had a horrible time - worrying about having enough hay - now we grow more than we need!. Wish you were down the road I would swap a few lambs for hay! I am thoroughly enjoying following along with you. Thank you so much!

Lol, yes, I culled the chickens myself. If I don't do it, it doesn't get done.🤷♀️
You're such a boss!
Thank you!!!🥰
You’ve got to stop this. Every time I go to your timeline, all of a sudden I’m extremely hungry!!! 🤣
I get to go lambing in Iceland soon!! This is just magical!! Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm with us.
